From the supply to the shipment: a chain perfectly controlled

San Xiang Da carefully selects the quarries and the workshops that are required to follow the strict specifications and implemented by San Xiang Da. As of today, Sa Xiang Da works with workshops located in the province of Fujian, nearby the city of Xiamen, and from regions of Qingdao and Yantai in the province of Shandong. 

San Xiang Da well-trained quality inspectors are assigned to the workshops in order to follow each of the orders during the whole production process and to ensure that specifications, as well as the Quality Assurance Plan defined and implemented by San Xiang Da are in line.

The products once finished are packed in wooden crates and pallets – all packaging material has been beforehand fumigated in accordance with international standards – that have been designed to best-suit the orders’ requirements, then are trucked from the workshops to the ports.

Conformance of the products is checked before every shipment. San Xiang Da has one quality controller permanently stationed at the shipping port responsible for loading supervision and inspection. Once the customs formalities completed, the products are shipped through regular-lines of leading shipping companies. 

An on-going control process for a guarantee of quality 

San Xiang Da has implemented the tools and the conditions that respect the most up-to-date standards: specifications stipulated to workshops, quality controllers following the whole production process. With the assistance of French experts, San Xiang Da always strives to respect the European and international quality standards.

Moreover, San Xiang Da products have been tested and certificied by independent and internationally-recognized laboratories and are in compliance with prevailing norms and regulations.
